Very friendly and helpful staff here. I’ve seen excellent results for my back acne treatment, it really cleared up entirely. I came in with back acne concern and now my skin concern issue have been fixed. Nice environment here with calming music, shout out to the team here :)

This is my first time visiting. Nice ambient and it’s very clean. *especially the bed is very comfortable. My beautician Winnie is very professional and caring. I’m so pleased with her skill and I can see the result immediately even it’s just one session. Highly recommended.

My therapist Christine has excellent verbal skills. She communicates every step of the facial treatment and takes me through the products being used. Christine is gentle yet thorough in doing her treatments for me. I have extremely sensitive skin which breaks out easily and she has good knowledge and understanding of how to handle my skin. I'm always at ease when I visit her for my facials! My consultant Novelle provided me with assurance of seeing results after the recommended facial, which I did! She was able to identify the right facial that suits my skin type which was absolutely helpful. I recommend services at Amber Beila!

I couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding service I received. The ambiance was incredibly relaxing, creating a perfect atmosphere for my visit. The staff, including Queenie, Christine, and Novelle, were not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating, making me feel valued and well taken care of. Their attentiveness and warmth truly enhanced my experience and left a lasting positive impression.

I would like to express my utmost appreciation for the service provided by my usual facial therapist, Joey and consultant, Novelle. Joey exhibited a commendable level of professionalism throughout the entire treatment. She kept me informed at every step, explaining to me in a manner that was easy for me to comprehend. She was very pleasant throughout, making me feel at ease. And I truly enjoyed every session! Novelle was my consultant, and she provided a detailed explanation about my current skin condition after analysis, and recommended products that I can use. She did well in explaining the areas in which I should be more concerned about. Highly recommend them!

I have been coming here for the past 6 to 7 years. I must say every treatment has been pleasant and enjoyable. My therapist Joey is extremely personable and skillful. Her massage skills are excellent and she's very professional. She will communicate with you on what to expect and also the purpose of the product she's using. My consultant Novelle is very friendly and professional. She always greets you with a smile and treats her customer with utmost sincerity. She is not pushy which is one of the reasons I choose to stay with them.

I have had such good results ever since I started doing facials at Amber Beila! Joey and Eunice provided such professionalism and really skillful in my sessions with them. Many thanks to Joey for her tender care and attentiveness in my condition and Eunice for her gentleness, knowing my pain threshold! Please dont hesitate to give this place a try!
